1.1 pk68i ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "pk68i") operates the online gaming platform accessible at pk68i.org, offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and related entertainment services to registered users ("you", "Player", "User") in permitted jurisdictions.

1.2 These Terms & Conditions, together with pk68i's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement"), constitute the entire agreement between you and pk68i with respect to your use of the Platform.

1.3 By ticking the acceptance checkbox during account registration or by using any part of the pk68i Platform, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you agree to be bound by them; (c) you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below; and (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.

1.4 If you do not agree to these Terms or any part of them, you must immediately cease using the pk68i Platform and close your account if one has been registered. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

1.5 These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English language version shall prevail in all respects.

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register a pk68i account, make any deposit, place any wager, or claim any bonus or promotional offer. By registering, you declare and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. pk68i reserves the right to request documentary proof of age (including but not limited to a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card ("CNIC")) at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC). As part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations, pk68i requires all players to submit a valid CNIC (front and back) and proof of payment method ownership before any withdrawal is processed. pk68i reserves the right to suspend account withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual natural person may hold only one registered account on the pk68i Platform. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where pk68i identifies duplicate accounts attributable to the same individual, pk68i reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and retain any balances in those accounts.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the pk68i Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pk68i does not make any representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. Access to and use of the pk68i Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is strictly forbidden.

2.5 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a pk68i account: (a) persons under the age of 21; (b) persons who are employees, contractors, directors, or agents of pk68i or any of its affiliated entities; (c) persons who are self-excluded through pk68i's responsible gaming programme; (d) persons who have been permanently excluded by pk68i for any reason.

3.1 Registration Information. When registering a pk68i account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a valid Pakistani mobile telephone number, your date of birth, and your CNIC number. You must promptly update your account information in the event of any change.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. pk68i strongly recommends that you use a unique password not used on any other service. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. pk68i will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

3.3 Notification of Unauthorised Access. You must notify pk68i immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your pk68i account by contacting support at the email address listed in Section 15. pk68i reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any reported or suspected unauthorised access.

3.4 Account Verification. pk68i reserves the right to conduct identity and address verification checks on any account at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe requested by pk68i will result in the suspension of your account's withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

3.5 False Information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point is a serious breach of these Terms. pk68i reserves the right to immediately close any account where false information is identified, void all associated wagers and bonuses, and report the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pk68i currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC20 network). pk68i reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The current minimum deposit amount via JazzCash and EasyPaisa is PKR 100. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods may vary and are displayed at the point of deposit. pk68i reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time.

4.3 Currency. All player account balances are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). For USDT TRC20 deposits, the PKR equivalent will be credited to your account based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the deposit transaction being processed.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. pk68i aims to process withdrawal requests via JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 60 seconds during standard operating hours, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and the absence of any account verification flags. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer to process depending on the receiving institution. Processing times are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by circumstances beyond pk68i's reasonable control.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Prior to processing any withdrawal, pk68i may require: (a) satisfactory completion of KYC verification; (b) evidence that active bonus wagering requirements have been met; (c) evidence of at least one completed deposit transaction on the account; and (d) a minimum account balance equivalent to the requested withdrawal amount. Withdrawal requests that do not satisfy these conditions may be delayed or declined pending resolution.

4.6 Source of Funds. pk68i reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal at any time, in order to comply with its anti-money laundering obligations. Account withdrawal functionality may be suspended pending satisfactory provision of such evidence.

4.7 Deposits for Gaming Purposes Only. All funds deposited into your pk68i account must be used for gaming purposes. pk68i does not offer banking, investment, or financial services. Deposits must not be made with the intention of exploiting any bonus or promotional offer in bad faith. pk68i reserves the right to review and decline any deposit or withdrawal that it, in its sole discretion, considers to be in breach of this clause.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by pk68i are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a promotion's specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a pk68i account are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus balance or winnings derived from the bonus balance may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new registered players only and may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Any attempt to claim a first-deposit bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in the voiding of the bonus and closure of the accounts involved.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. pk68i reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where, in pk68i's reasonable opinion, a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: exploiting mathematical loopholes in wagering requirements; coordinated play between multiple accounts; using betting patterns that pk68i determines to be inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling; or claiming bonuses through duplicate accounts.

5.5 Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Expired bonus balances and any associated winnings will be removed from the player's account automatically. The specific expiry period applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms.

6.1 General Betting Rules. All wagers placed on the pk68i Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. Game rules and betting market terms are accessible within the relevant game or betting interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

6.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is only confirmed and binding when pk68i's systems have accepted and recorded the wager and a confirmation reference has been issued. In the event of any technical failure or disconnection prior to confirmation, pk68i will not be liable for any loss resulting from a bet that was not successfully recorded.

6.3 Obvious Errors. pk68i reserves the right to void any bet placed at obviously incorrect odds or on the basis of a manifest error, including pricing errors, data feed errors, or human input errors. pk68i will notify affected players and refund any stake amount associated with a voided bet within a reasonable timeframe.

6.4 Sports Betting — Cricket & Other Markets. Live in-play cricket betting markets, including PSL and international fixtures, are offered subject to real-time data availability. pk68i does not guarantee continuous market availability during any fixture and reserves the right to suspend, delay, or close markets at any time. In the event of a fixture being abandoned, postponed, or voided, pk68i's rules for the relevant market will govern bet settlement.

6.5 Maximum Payout Limits. Maximum payout limits apply to all games and betting markets on the pk68i Platform. The applicable limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout limit for a single game round or bet will be capped at the stated maximum.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk68i Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in legal action:

• Registering or maintaining more than one pk68i account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage;
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 21;
• Using the Platform on behalf of any third party;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the pk68i Platform;
• Using a VPN or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Placing bets with inside knowledge or otherwise seeking to gain an unfair advantage over the house;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any pk68i staff member or other player.

8.1 All content on the pk68i Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interfaces, and sound files, is the exclusive property of pk68i or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk68i Platform for your personal, non-commercial, recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from pk68i.

8.3 The pk68i name, logo, and associated marks are the trademarks or registered trademarks of pk68i. You must not use any such marks without the prior written consent of pk68i.

9.1 pk68i collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is accessible at /privacy-policy.

9.2 By registering a pk68i account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming, and payment processing.

9.3 pk68i will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers who assist in the operation of the Platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

10.1 pk68i is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform includes a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings, including: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); (b) session time reminders; (c) loss limits; (d) reality checks; and (e) self-exclusion.

10.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may activate a self-exclusion period via their account settings. Self-exclusion periods take effect immediately upon activation. Once a self-exclusion period is active, pk68i will not permit the player to access their account or open a new account for the duration of the exclusion period.

10.3 pk68i strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by any person who has a current active self-exclusion in place, whether via pk68i's own self-exclusion system or otherwise. If you have self-excluded and subsequently attempt to register a new account, pk68i reserves the right to close the new account and return any deposits made.

10.4 pk68i does not extend credit to players. All wagers must be funded from deposited cleared funds only.

11.1 pk68i reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected bonus abuse; suspected use of automated software; or any activity that pk68i considers to be inconsistent with responsible gaming or the legitimate use of the Platform.

11.2 Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., not as a result of breach of these Terms), any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure, net of any bonus balances and unsettled wagering requirements, will be returned to the player via the player's primary payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11.3 Upon closure of an account resulting from a breach of these Terms, pk68i reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the account, including real-money balances, pending withdrawals, and any winnings, subject to applicable law.

11.4 Players who wish to voluntarily close their pk68i account may do so by contacting support at the address listed in Section 15.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk68i shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pk68i Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity.

12.2 pk68i's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player into their pk68i account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 pk68i does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk68i shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, including but not limited to server outages, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment processing delays, that are outside pk68i's reasonable control.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pk68i's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

13.1 pk68i reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, pk68i will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendment taking effect.

13.2 Your continued use of the pk68i Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.4.

13.3 The current version of these Terms, together with the date of last update, is always accessible at pk68i.org/terms-conditions.

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk68i is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Complaints Procedure. In the event of any dispute or complaint, players are requested to first contact pk68i's support team at the address provided in Section 15 and allow pk68i a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. pk68i will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints within two business days and aims to provide a substantive response within fourteen business days.

14.3 If a complaint cannot be resolved informally through pk68i's internal complaints procedure, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation before commencing any formal legal proceedings, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
